In the next two months, many events are coming up for the F.D.R family!  Start the month of February by attending the SING event, which takes place on the 10th. Then arrives the Day of Lovers, the school will be selling roses and Valentine’s gifts, the perfect opportunity for you to impress your special somebody. For all those interested in Math, get a kick out of the Moody’s Mega Math challenge, a perfect way for all you out there to exercise your mathematical skills.

March Madness begins next month, and the seniors go off to enjoy three days from the 3rd to the 5th at Honor’s Haven. We have another math competition on the 4th, which is the  S.B.I.M.C (South Brooklyn Invitational Mathematic Competition). Celebrate Women’s International Day on the 8th and Pi day on the 14th. On the 15th there will be a blood drive. If you want to experience a new culture, or even just enjoy a party, come to the Uzbek Navroz celebration on the 21st.  End the month by attending this year’s school musical “Avenue Q,” which plays from the 23rd to the 25th. Quite a few events we have coming up, good luck keeping up with all of them!
