The mineral, oil, and gas reserves of Uzbekistan are considerable. Natural gas is produced in vast quantities and exported from the nation.

Ethnic Cuisine

The national meal of Uzbekistan is called palov (also known as “pilaf”), which is a main course made of rice, shredded carrots, and onions, and bits of meat.

The main types of Uzbek national clothing are represented by a variety of garments for men, such as light and quilted yachtaks worn over cotton shirts; wool, fur coats, fabric-covered chakmans, camisoles, trousers, waist scarves, kulokhs and skullcaps, turbans and fur hats; and for women, robes, dresses, burqas, shawls, and skullcaps.

Musics that Uzbekistan listens to is very unique. It has many pop, rock, and many other types. Sometimes the music is sang as poetry and includes very unique instruments. Sometimes only one instrument is used to make different musics.
